    I had been working out regularly with a trainer for several years and considered myself to be in good shape until several months ago, when I realized that I had developed round shoulders. I hated the way my posture made me appear tired and defeated. My research for reversing the poor posture led me to Be Balanced Wellness and Yoga with Dom.

    Dom is patient, kind, and encouraging. He guides without dominating. He is an excellent Yoga instructor, and because he gears Yoga sessions to individual needs, after four or five months of Yoga training, when I look in the mirror, I see nicely squared shoulders and a strong, straight posture. I have also attained a level of flexibility that I never had before. I plan to continue with Dom until forever....

    I lam grateful that I found Dom. He is an amazing person.
